Chinese Dictionary. A Chinese -> English dictionary based on CC-CEDICT. Lookup is through radical strokes, radical and then character. Supports simplified characters. V1.2.0: Supports optional black on white text (menu)
Does not need an internet connection. (No English->Chinese lookup!)

Software is free, donations welcome.

LOVE it. A great supplement to hanzi recognizer and hanping dictionary. A must have for any chinese learner

Sucks on Galaxy Nexus Interface is very minimalistic and quite painful to use. Plus: on Galaxy Nexus it shows only pieces of the characters found:/

Great for learners if you know how to count strokes and know which part of the character is the radical. Works great on the HTC evo.
