I lost 7 lbs in 11 day the food easy to do The food tasted Ok I add lemon to my dinners make it taste better I was so sopriced the diet really work and I learn to appreciate the flavor of the coffee natural with out the sugar and the milk I used to put on my plus I enjoy see my body looking better .

Not specific enough and.not fully functional On HTC all the menus didn't work and the app is very general when listing ingredients and similarly non-specific in cooking directions.
