Great App But the Results of Diet link did not bring up page..stayed black..please fix. I have LG Vista with Android OS

Confused... It seems to be quite good and clear. But how about lunch? I don't see any plan meal for lunch. Do I have to skip my lunch during this diet???

Very comfortable app to use . I done this diet twice, so was really impressed that now it's come as app. No need to carry peace of paper with all ingredients.

Substitutes for beef and kefir? Can I substitute beef with chicken and kefir with greek yoghurt? I don't eat beef and kefir and is difficult to find here.
