I love it! ♥♥ This is a great app. So much information on weight loss. I lost 6 inches. I love it ^_^ I m soo happpy ! :D

Ok at best... Seems like a broken record most the time. I understood coffee dehydrated me the first eight times. Also, telling people to first avoid tea and coffee, than telling them to drink it without anything? No. Try Oolong tea with a bit of honey. Yes it has sugar, but honey has weight loss and medicinal properties as well and it is natural. Last, do your research on diet soda. The artificial sweeteners used are by far worse than standard sugars. If I had to choose, I would prefer non diet soda. I could go on...
