Excellent and simple Great soothing voice. Allows me to choose how long the meditation lasts, what background sounds I want, and how loud the component sounds are. I also like having the nature sound continue for half an hour after the voice part ends when I use this to help me fall asleep.

Wondeful  App I was having a hard time coping with work related stress for a long time. I tried weight lifting, hiking and even alcohol, but couldn't find and outlet. I saw Guided Meditation and downloadt it. After only three weeks, I'd figured out how to meditate and relax and the stress was gone.
