Lost 35 pounds with it in a month I was sceptical but I said what the heck and so I used it to my great surprise I went to the doc and I lost 35 freaking pounds!!! Its so simple I used it every day and every week I changed the difficulty levels and then when I reached the hardest level the next week I started back to easy. I'm stoked and I looooove it!!!
