Good for a beginner, but too basic all around. The clear and concise demo vids are the best part of this app...especially for beginners. But once you finish the challenge (which I could do easily on first attempt), there's really nowhere else to go.

Live it Has video directions on how to properly do the exercises. It's definitely a challenge. Worth it especially since its free

No motivation The description of the exercises is very good and gets 2 stars. The actual work out is just continuous reps of 50 with no break. There is nothing to motivate you. There is a timer but no limit to challenge yourself against.
