Good instruction in videos I've been using my 35lb kettlebell for about 10 months now and this looked like a good challenge and indeed it is! Excellent detail given to proper form. I am on my 4th time doing the challenge and my time has gone from over 33 minutes for the 300 reps to 29 minutes. My only suggestion it's that it kept track of my progress over time on a graph or something so I could see my progress.

Love it! Great instructions on how to do the moves safely. Good for all levels. Im new to kettlebells and can't manage all the reps yet but it's motivating to be able to do more next time or work up to the next weight. Fab app!
