3DMark - The Gamer's Benchmark

Benchmark your Android smartphone and tablet with 3DMark, then compare its performance with more than 3000 other devices.

3DMark - The Gamer's Benchmark

3DMark is a cross-platform benchmark used by millions of people, hundreds of hardware review sites and many of the world's leading technology companies. It's the industry standard gaming performance benchmark, a professional-grade testing tool available to you for free.

• The world's most popular benchmark test since 1997.
• Developed by Futuremark, the benchmark experts.
• Test your device's GPU and CPU performance.
• Compare the fastest Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
• 100% free. No ads. No in-app purchases. No restrictions.

Accurate and impartial benchmark tests

3DMark includes multiple benchmark tests, each one designed for a specific class of hardware. 3DMark recommends the best test for your device, and you can choose to install only the tests you need to save storage space.

Sling Shot is an advanced 3D graphics benchmark for smartphones and tablets running Android 5.0 or later that support OpenGL ES 3.1 or ES 3.0. Run Sling Shot in OpenGL ES 3.1 mode to compare flagship Android devices from HTC, LG, OnePlus, Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi, and other leading manufacturers. Or choose OpenGL ES 3.0 mode to compare high-end Android devices with the latest iPhone and iPad models, (iOS version coming soon).

Use Ice Storm to benchmark and compare mainstream mobile devices. Ice Storm is an OpenGL ES 2.0 benchmark that includes two graphics tests designed to stress the GPU performance of your device and a physics test to stress its CPU performance.

Ice Storm Extreme raises the rendering resolution and uses higher quality textures and post-processing effects to create a more demanding test.

Sling Shot and Ice Storm both offer "offscreen" Unlimited mode tests for making chip-to-chip comparisons of the hardware inside your device without vertical sync, display resolution scaling and other operating system factors affecting the result.

Benchmarks you can trust

3DMark and PCMark are the only mobile benchmarks protected by rules for manufacturers. What's more, all our benchmarks are supported by detailed technical guides that explain exactly what's being measured and how the scores are calculated. Better benchmarking starts here.

Ever since I used this app, my s5 overheats very often. It overheats even though I uninstalled this app, stop all running apps, set the brightness to 0, turn off data and WiFi, and silence the phone. My phone gets hot to the point where I can't use it. My phone can only be charged when it's turned off. I wish I knew this would be a possibile side effect, then I probably wouldn't have use this app in the first place.
