Not a good app if it really is HIIT 1) exercises presented have nothing to do with HIIT. Rather, they are core strengthening and cardio exercises. 2) HIIT cannot be done 2 days in a row, let alone daily. If you were doing HIIT correctly, you'd be extremely exhausted the day after. 3) Too many ads! 4) Clunky user interface.
