Great for a warm up or a full on cardiovascular workout Brilliant app, takes you anywhere from a 7 minute warmup to a 40 minute workout. 2 circuits with 30 second sets and 10 second breaks is a fantastic warmup. 5 circuits with 30-40 second sets is a brilliant cardio workout. Being shown your progress is a good motivater and the achievements make you want to push yourself to try for 100%.

I've lost 27 kg with this program! I did five circuits a day and sometimes one and sometimes even ten! It's intense! Love it!
