This app helps you to perform this 7 minutes full workout (12 exercices), by providing you a timer and a log. This routine of 12 exercises is a complete workout based on the latest fitness research, and it only takes 7 minutes. (12 exercices of 30sec, with pauses of 10sec)

Mr. Jordan says : "The exercises should be performed in rapid succession, allowing 30 seconds for each, while, throughout, the intensity hovers at about an 8 on a discomfort scale of 1 to 10. Those seven minutes should be, in a word, unpleasant. The upside is, after seven minutes, you’re done."

Does what it says And that is it. No bloat, frills, bits that you'd never use, or adds. Just an app with the exercise routine with timer, actions and log.
