This app helps you to perform this 7 minutes full workout (12 exercices), by providing you a timer and a log. This routine of 12 exercises is a complete workout based on the latest fitness research, and it only takes 7 minutes. (12 exercices of 30sec, with pauses of 10sec)

Mr. Jordan says : "The exercises should be performed in rapid succession, allowing 30 seconds for each, while, throughout, the intensity hovers at about an 8 on a discomfort scale of 1 to 10. Those seven minutes should be, in a word, unpleasant. The upside is, after seven minutes, you’re done."

It is a really good app I used it and loved it I really recommend it for anyone the never has that much time for exercising these r simple and don't take much time,get it I recommend it ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

Please let double length for SidePlank or any other excersize The only feature I miss is the ability to repeat the same excersize twice. This is critical for side Plank, as I want to do it 30 sec for each side. Now I have to restart the whole set just to do side Plank on the other side. Please let us: -Repeat an excersize or -Customize length of a specific excersize Thank You!
