This app helps you to perform this 7 minutes full workout (12 exercices), by providing you a timer and a log. This routine of 12 exercises is a complete workout based on the latest fitness research, and it only takes 7 minutes. (12 exercices of 30sec, with pauses of 10sec)

Mr. Jordan says : "The exercises should be performed in rapid succession, allowing 30 seconds for each, while, throughout, the intensity hovers at about an 8 on a discomfort scale of 1 to 10. Those seven minutes should be, in a word, unpleasant. The upside is, after seven minutes, you’re done."

Superb The app is well designed to help those individuals who wants to do exercise, but doesn't have enough time to. It's perfectly built to make you physically fit and in shape!

Great---could use half timer though! Love the app, works much better than other ones. Great minimalistic design with non-intrusive audio cues. I'd love to see (hear?) a beep/noise at the half-time mark for the "step-up" and "push-up rotate" exercises, in the same way as the existing one for "side plank". It'd avoid needing to watch the timer to know when to switch sides.
