Usually weight problems are caused by mixing different food types in one meal while our the stomach and the body prefer to separate meals in compatible food groups, (other than fruit), each day.
The reason for this is that it is far easier for the stomach to digest one food group at a time as certain food groups don’t digest well together.
It is proven that some foods take long time digesting in the stomach while many other foods do not. The time frame is different as some foods can take ages to digest while others are digested in just a few minutes.
Whole diet cycle lasts for 90 days and you may lose up to 60 pounds, which is very specific to your body. You could have your usual amount of food for a meal but keep in mind that best results are achieved with small meal portions. The third day is Carbohydrate which is one of the most popular during the 90 days cycle. During this day all kind of sweets are allowed, bread, pasta, pizza, etc. The fourth day of the 90 days diet is the fruit day, according to its name only fruits are allowed and only one fruit type at a meal.

Great weight loss app It's really difficult starting a diet. With this app u get to make your own choices based on the allowed foods. I find it easy cos the recipes are my own and very easy. I am combining with 10 minute exercises and I am expecting speedy long term results. 5 star

Ok Good that its got a calendar so you know what food groups you should be eating although I think the daily calories isnt enough

Good I have done this diet before and I lost 28 kg. And know I found it on my mobile yeyy it is so much easier + I decided to do it again. It will be even better if it has a remainder.

Bugs with HTC One X Great app! The content and the whole idea are very useful, but there are some purely technical issues.On HTC One X, it doesn`t always change the slides on the info tab, which however, is crucial.
