The Accenture MyExpenses application is for Accenture staff that wish to manage their expense recording while on the move.

With MyExpenses you can capture & record expenses as soon as the expenses is incurred.

Expenses can even be recorded when offline (e.g. while on a plane) and then synced with your online expenses when a connection is available.

Other features include:

Support for Tablets (Android Honeycomb or above) and handsets
Simple, intuitive UI
View expense report history
Offline and online use
Expense records created offline can be selectively synced with online report prior to submission

NOTE:- Use of this application requires a valid Accenture Enterprise ID and Password. Anyone can use the application in demo mode.

Network communication permission is required to connect to Accenture myExpenses Server

Your personal information
Storage
Phone calls
System tools

Are required to read system information only if the application crashes, in other cases these permissions are not used.

If the application crashes the user is prompted whether they would like to send a crash report. Only if the user selects yes are these permissions used to access phone information. This is then sent to a secure server to aid diagnosis of any application problems. Personal information is not captured, phone model type & OS version are captured but not IMEI or any personally identifiable information.

Looks like sabotage Awful. This cannot be meant seriously. No time functionality. You add an expense (real MyTe has so much more compulsory stuff it makes me wonder if this truncated version gets accepted and if yes, why compulsory in My TE?). Then you add it. Then the screen highlights an unrelated new expense and asks if add or previous. What about a good old "ok"? Deleting not possible. Awful, horrible app that I can't believe somebody let out. It could work though as witnessed by the seamless transfer of WBS from my list.

As a nearly 300,000 person global workforce, an application LIKE this is crucial. However, while this allows ACN to say they have a mobile T&E app, it falls so far short of realistic user requirements. My opinion as a traveling employee, Accenture Mobility should thoroughly explore Concur's mobile app. It essentially provides all of our in house My T&E flawlessly, including receipt photos, uploads, and WBSE allocation. This is a start, but I hope FY15 brings a much improved solution.

Ubable to edit entries once saved I saved entries and need to change the dollar amount but there's no option to edit.
