Devices that do not have telephone capability are not supported.
Small screens – less than 3.2in (8.1cm) diagonal, or less than 320x320 pixels – are not supported.

This 1.0.1.4 upgrade allows the app to be used with Android 4.3 that affected the graphing tool on some phones. The update will also prevent errors during the upgrade process from Android 4.2 to 4.3 due to a change in how Android stores reminders by clearing all active reminders during the upgrade process.
If your device does not use the default Android keyboard that supports decimal points, you will need to download a keyboard app, such as the “Google keyboard” app that supports decimals points to enter decimal values. If you need further help with the 360° app, you can contact ACCU-CHEK customer support at www.accu-chek.com.
If you have version 1.0.1.2, this 1.0.1.4 upgrade allows the app to be used with Android 4.2 or later. A change to the security machinery introduced in Android 4.2 caused a failure in the previous version of the app’s database protection logic. No data was damaged or at risk, but the app was unable to read from its database due to this failure. This update addresses this issue and allows users to access their data. Users should NOT uninstall the app prior to this upgrade; uninstalling will cause data to be irrevocably lost. However, if the previous version of the app was first installed with Android 4.2, v1.0.1.2 will need to be uninstalled before downloading/installing v1.0.1.4, which will cause data to be lost.

Love the app Is there a way to print the report that is sent to my email? Right now when I open the email it attaches as a picture, and after lots of time cutting and pasting to 2 other apps I can finally print it so I can read the print.

Once again - disappointed in Accu Chek What is it with Accu Chek? Their 360 Diabetes Mgmt desktop software is horrible and now, with a glimmer of hope I was thinking the Android app would be worth while - NOPE, WRONG. No way to import data from the piece of crap desktop software so I could at the very least keep the two databases sync-ed. Forbid the thought of being able to sync via dropbox or something - like some useful apps are able to do. If you want a better app get 'my diabetes' certainly not the best but better, than Accu Chek.

Horrible UI but a few unique features This is obviously a lazy port of a poorly designed iOS app. Splash screen adds an unnecessary delay when opening the app. UI is cluttered and ugly with excessive font sizes and padding, and button placement is all wrong. This app also lacks cloud backup and there's no widget for quick data entry. About the only good things about this app are the testing-in-pairs feature, the ability to track energy level, and the ability to include a photo.

HTC One Rely on daily. Unfortunately, hasn't worked since the lollipop OTA. Sent adb logs to listed developer email address, but it is invalid.

If only you added ability to access and save in the cloud This is my absolute favorite app to help track and manage my Type II diabetes. My only issue has been that without the ability to store my data in the cloud, it seems fruitless to use this app. If my phone or Android operating system crashes, the data then has to be re-entered from a (hopefully) email back-up. It at this point has become counter-productive. Pretty much the same goes when I have to purchase a new phone and/or get a replacement. I would love it if you brought the quality of this app up on par with the quality of your meters!
