Aikido Weapons 6

Aikido is a Japanese martial art based on the principles of harmony that contains both empty hand and weapons techniques. The weapon techniques in this iBudokan series are of the “Iwama” aikido tradition as taught by the late Morihiro Saito Sensei (9th dan Aikikai).
