Apanaka Sports is founded on the more gentle approach of Apanaka Yoga and expanded with additional powerful and effective breath-control exercises for athletes with a high level of commitment and a need for the best possible results in terms of physical performance. Apanaka Sports enables athletes to extend the limits of their physical performance.
The Apanaka App strongly benefits our students' Apanaka Yoga and Apanaka Sports practice. The app is easy to use and features instruction and guidance for the sequences. The app deepens and simplifies your sessions.
Your Apanaka Instructor will introduce you to the sequences to ensure that you correctly understand and practice them, answering any questions you might have. Always use the app in accordance with the guidelines and instruction of your personal Apanaka Instructor.
