Apps-Killer

Apps-Killer

The intention of Apps-Killer is to get more free memory for other applications and to kill amok running processes to preserve system resources to extend battery life.

Why another Apps-Killer?
Because all former process killer applications had features that annoyed me. Once it was the missing refresh button or it was the fact that permissions were needed that are not required for the sole purpose of killing applications.

Please help to improve Apps-Killer. If your expectations are not met by the application send me a mail and tell me what features you are missing. That works out of the app: Menu button, choose About, Mail to the author. If it is possible for me to add a requested feature I will provide an update.

If the application crashes please send the crash report otherwise there is no chance to fix the bug.

On some devices no applications nor processes are displayed. It seems that only some Sony phones are affected. Because I do not own such a device I can not try to fix the issue - sorry.

I have a Nook and needed a app killer for all of the stuff that I run and I have downloaded and used many app killers and they are always so annoying to use. This apps-killer stands out above the rest as it is able to recognise all of the current functions, prior to using this app I was forced to shut down my nook every time I wanted to stop using an app...

1st use & it works! I've used several app killers, but this one lets me look at the raw software as well. It even showed most all of my apps, which other killers only show a few. So I was able to stop lots of junk running in the background. If this app killer is not a space or battery hog, I'll come back to give it a 5 star rating. *NO SPECIAL PERMISSIONS WERE NEEDED! NOW THAT IS COOL :-) P.S. I have an ASUS Tablet (MeMo 302 HD w/jellybean & an Intel processor. Not all apps work for me yet & this app worked just fine for me the 1st time I used it. That's cool too!
