ArduinoDroid - Arduino IDE

Important:
The app takes about 210Mb as it contains IDE, compiler and uploader. Make sure you have enough free space in internal storage and it can't be installed on sd card because of Android security policy.

Features:
* open/edit arduino sketches
* example sketches and libraries included
* customizable code syntax highlighting *
* compile sketches (no root required)
* upload sketches (Arduino Uno/Uno_r3, Duemilanove, Nano, Mega 2560, Leonardo, Micro/Pro Micro, Pro, Pro Mini boards are supported, android devices with USB-host support required)
* works offline (no internet connection required)
* code complete *
* real-time diagnostics (errors and warnings) and fixes *
* file navigator *
* tiny built-in software keyboard *

It's the one and only arduino ide on android Thank god it's an excellent app! Works well with my Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) w/ 4.4.2. Unfortunately, Android 5.0 is doing something funny with the invalid path error. Can't wait to use it with my Nexus!

Error uploading to CH340T Uno clone I get the error message: "Uploading Error" Error: length=1; index=1. I've used the USB diagnostic tool & Arduinodroid app seems to recognize board. EDIT= Thank you for the quick reply, but I've already tried this with no luck: "Choose any empty folder and confirm copying for default files. Now you can add/modify cores, variants and edit "boards.txt" file", I am unable to compile a sketch because Arduinodroid can no longer find the library files needed (such as arduino.h). I have tried to look for the defult folder to modify the boards.txt file directly, but it appears to reside in the root directory, & my phone is not rooted, so I cannot access it. the CH340T is a USB to serial chip that is commonly used in generic Arduino UNO cone boards. It replaces the standard ATmega16U2 FTDI chip. The manufacturer claims that it is 100% compatible, but I found that not to be the case as I had to modify boards.txt & install an additional driver file to get my board to work under Windows. It seems that I could get it to work with Arduinodroid with a similar modification.

Good but needs some tweaks The app is good, I can program an Arduino UNO without a problem. Sometimes I can't upload the config and I have to give 5 tries until it goes through. Also the monitor can't connect to the device, I guess because the IDE never releases the USB port.
