BarCloud App for Inventory Management and Asset Tracking.
This is not a standalone app, rather it is an extension of the ASAP Systems’ cloud-based inventory management and asset tracking application called BarCloud. You will need a BarCloud account before using this BarCloud app.
ASAP Systems’ online inventory and asset tracking system, BarCloud, makes it easier to efficiently and accurately track and manage your company’s inventory as well as capital and depreciable assets—anytime, anywhere. The app works with an online account; it allows you to manage inventory and assets while mobile. Please see Instructions section below after downloading this app.

1. If you don’t have a BarCloud account yet, register for a free trial account: www.asapsystems.com/barcloud/
2. Start using the BarCloud app to log and track your inventory and assets.
3. All transactions you process via the BarCloud app get synced to the online account in real time.
4. Once the free trial period is up, you can consider purchasing this service.
- Various bug fixes and screen improvements.
- You now have the ability to select or scan an asset reservation which will automatically populate the reserved asset and the due date. If reservation isn't being used, BarCloud will automatically check to determine if there is an overlapping dates of an existing reservation.
