OMG. This app is ridiculously crappy on my Captivate. GPS enabled and working, with location up in maps, but as soon as I run this program it kills the GPS, gives me the option of turning on the already on Location services or quit. so i cant tell ATT that there network is crap bevause it wont pull the location from the OS.

If you want them to fix it, tell them where the problem areas are. Its that simple. This has been out on iPhone for months now, and finally arrives here since AT&T is finally getting some Android phones. Report Every dropped call. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

This app is a deceptive. This app is a complete lie. They just want customers to feel better and make us think we have done something. Some one needs to start a class action lawsuit against AT&T. Because we can't use a service we are all paying for.

You submit a location that has 0 coverage and miraculously in half an hour the problem is fixed? You'd have to be an idiot to believe this app will actually work. Worst thing is they've got they're CSRs trained to sell you on the app like it's a miracle worker! DOES NOT WORK!!!

Don't waste your time using this. Issues reported are never addressed & they don't fix reported problems. Awful awful awful!

Poor design The requirement of data to file a complaint about data being down is ridiculous. Info should be sent via text. Obviously if data is down then AT&T does not get the report until data is up or you go somewhere with data. Maybe in areas with multiple towers this works but in rural areas it does not work.

v6.0.2 (11-19-14) I hope AT&T actually uses the information, otherwise it is a panacea that gives you hope that areas of poor coverage will be fixed.
