OMG. This app is ridiculously crappy on my Captivate. GPS enabled and working, with location up in maps, but as soon as I run this program it kills the GPS, gives me the option of turning on the already on Location services or quit. so i cant tell ATT that there network is crap bevause it wont pull the location from the OS.

If you want them to fix it, tell them where the problem areas are. Its that simple. This has been out on iPhone for months now, and finally arrives here since AT&T is finally getting some Android phones. Report Every dropped call. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

No coverage no app no install no bueno Went into an AT&T store today. The assistant tells me to download mark the spot app by AT&T. After I told him that I don't even get AT&T coverage at my house and I'm considering switching over to Verizon. All my neighbors get coverage just fine on Verizon. I download the app. The app fails to install so there you have.

AT&T Mark the Spot Notification needs preferences to disable or make less obtrusive. This is AT&T's second Android app, but has seen few useful updates. In fact several times now the updates have been annoying features I can't imagine anyone asking for, if not completely breaking the application! I have been wishing for something to actually make it more useful, like built-in coverage maps, since the first version!

Customer support suggested this app I don't get service outside or inside my home. I was directed to download the app to let them know even though I been mentioning it on twitter, AT&T website, customer service phone line, & technician phone line. You want me to pay my bill every month but I can't make 5 calls in a row without a dropped call, no service, unable to connect or 1 bars. Even my data struggles...I'm better off using free WiFi at a McDonald's.

Does not make any difference I agree with the other reviewers on here, this app does not make a difference whatsoever. I have this app on my Samsung Galaxy S5 and have been marking spots where I have little to no coverage and where I get dropped calls and there have been no improvements at all. I've been using this app for months, calling tech support and emailing AT&T about these coverage issues, and nothing is ever done to fix them. I'm always given given the no tower issues excuse. AT&T doesnt care about customers.
