OMG. This app is ridiculously crappy on my Captivate. GPS enabled and working, with location up in maps, but as soon as I run this program it kills the GPS, gives me the option of turning on the already on Location services or quit. so i cant tell ATT that there network is crap bevause it wont pull the location from the OS.

If you want them to fix it, tell them where the problem areas are. Its that simple. This has been out on iPhone for months now, and finally arrives here since AT&T is finally getting some Android phones. Report Every dropped call. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Will not submit If you are not Running a Factory Stock HTC, Samsung or LG ROM on your phone the app does not submit. I run CyanogenMod 11 for the Samsung note2 and the app will not submit no matter what, however if I use TWRP to reinstall the factory image back to Samsung's Touchwiz interface it then works. I hate developers that do not test on all platforms including the minor ASOP builds.

Does what it's supposed to I reported problems around my area and received notifications when improvements were made and issues were resolved. You can set up zip codes to monitor for updates. Interface could be prettier but it's functional.

Legit! I was skeptical at 1st but kept using it every time I had an issue and eventually gotta a reply saying they were working on a fix then a week or 2 later had a system update for my phone ( already had 4.4.2. Kit Kat update ) which really did help the signal on my S4 active. Ty AT&T nice to know you guys actually do listen! :)
