You must have an AT&T U-verse® Voice or an AT&T Unified MessagingSM account in order to use this app. Voicemail-to-text is included with AT&T Voicemail Viewer for AT&T U-verse Voicemail and residential AT&T Unified Messaging accounts. Residential customers can order AT&T U-verse Voice or AT&T Unified Messaging by calling 1-800-288-2020 or by visiting att.com. Business customers can order AT&T Unified Messaging by calling the number on their bill or by visiting att.com. For information about AT&T U-verse Business Voice, please contact your AT&T Account Representative. The AT&T Voicemail Viewer app makes it easier to stay on top of your AT&T U-verse Voicemail or AT&T Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your Android device. Similar to looking at messages in your email inbox, Voicemail Viewer lists your messages, allowing you to choose the order in which you listen to them. With U-verse Voicemail and residential Unified Messaging, you can even read your messages as voicemail-to-text. Voicemail Viewer does not work with all Android devices.
