Power Drain The app has wonderful pictures, good descriptions, and is overall a very nice, easy to use app. That said, the app drains power rapidly. Use with caution.

Does NOT run on newer phones! Be warned that Birds is the ONLY Audubon app that runs on newer devices. Not sure if it is a problem with running on KitKat or newer or a hardware problem, but Green Mountain could well fix all these apps if they wanted to as shown by Birds. But as long as people send them money for something that does not work, why should they? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on ANY Green Mountain Digital app!

Do Not buy Anything from this Company!!!! I purchased four apps from these guys, including wildflowers. Once your Android phone upgrades the apps are no longer compatible. They do upgrade for Apple Customers. They do not honor any Android users. This is the ONLY company that treats it's customers this way.

A big letdown Missing too many Minnesota species to be useful, unfortunately.
