How Amazing Avatar Court at Keizer took WONDERFUL CARE OF MY NANA AND PAPA. I AM HONORED TO BE A MEMBER OF THE AVAMERE TEAM
★★☆☆☆
Horrible management and lack of care for new cna's when I was there in 2020. I've never walked out in the middle of my shift ever, and I sure did Here. Some of the older staff treat the new staff like pee ons and watch the new people work like slaves or if they do work they don't take the time to care if we need help or knowledge about something. Some Nurses were just as bad allowing staff to just sit around and gossip and include themselves in the group. Short-staffed alot and I understood why.
