Okay everyone who says it doesnt work this is the steps on how to remove ransomware 1 put you phone in safemode. Go in to your settings to application management then you go through and remove the ransomware program its probably hidden as a update or others you can google the names of them to find out. Once done thake reset your phone and download avast ransomware removal and run the program(it wont run in safe mode). There you go every one i still suggest that you backup you data and hard reset your phone

Privacy... It amazes me how large Internet-based concerns have forgotten about The Privacy Act of 1974 in the United States, due to the Freedom of Electronic Information Act of 1999. I used to dial a phone by Ma Bell, and would only have to worry about being tapped if I were involved in criminal activities - which, I never was. Now, greed and The Privacy Act due to 9/11 have us all under scrutiny - even by our cellphone carriers, who want to add more bloatware to glean more information about our identities. FREEDOM

it really didn't work for me as i had the Interpol virus and could only uninstall the malware on safe mode, there is no way to launch the ransomware removal app on safe mode, and this is the only way to get to it, the malware was hidden as "system Update" under my apps, was the only one that looked suspicious, so, i manually uninstalled it, now running avast and this one just to be sure i got rid of everything malware-ish

Useless I installed this app and was asked to uninstall app so I can continue to use phone. I didn't even see the results of the scan I ran. Disappointed.
