Fairly simplistic and not supported by a mature enough buisness process The app itself works, as in it gives you the means to file a claim (I did notice a few bugs like when you select a contents claim in the main page, it will still group this with a building claim on following pages). Sending the claim through the app results in a very poorly laid out email. looking at the app, the email it sends and the fact that I haven't heard anything since filing my first claim I think the overall buisness process behind the app is probably also still it's infancy. hope to see it mature over time. Overall I think it's a great idea to give the means to file claims using an app as such, but currently it's poorly executed.
