Baby Snooz Sleep Training is produced by parents, for parents who are struggling to cope with their baby's sleepless nights. It calculates periods of 'incremental waiting' (The Ferber Method) to gently teach your child how to put themselves to sleep. It is designed to ease the stress of allowing your baby to cry for short periods - often at times when you are at your most exhausted.
The Baby Snooz offers both seven day and fourteen day programmes with the aim of achieving regular restful nights within that period. You can personalise the app - add your baby's picture and name, and choose from one of seven gentle alarm soundtracks. You can also view logged stats from your current programme, detailing wait periods per day and start/end times.
Baby Snooz Sleep Training is designed to be simple and intuitive to use. However, clicking one of the question marks that appear in the top right corner of some screens, will display extra help if you are unsure.
It is important and assumed that you have taken some time to learn about the Incremental Waiting method of sleep training before using the Baby Snooz. Your child should be at least 5 months old to follow a programme.
Baby Snooz Sleep Training requires Adobe Air which is not available to all handsets. If you do not have Adobe Air, you will automatically be directed to it to install first.
Please remember that this is version 1.0. Please report any bugs if you find any and we will attempt to fix them promptly.
- Bug fixed where the app would run over the set programme period for one snooze iteration.
- Alarm now repeats 999 times before stopping instead of only 4 times.
