This app/widget is to help people with bad backs.
One thing you shouldn't do when you have a bad back is sit in the one position for too long.
This app/widget is just a helper to try and remind you to stand up.
Add the widget to you screen and then you can press the image to start/stop the timer.
Press the setting to set the length of time between reminders and what type of notifications you want.
After the length of time you will get a reminder of that you should standup.
After you download the app you need to add the widget to your screen. In most android versions you just have to press an empty part of the screen to bring up the option to add a widget.
Made the vibration longer so that it is more likely to be spotted
