Review from retail perspective Great app, much more useful and simple than the other options out there. Entire team was able to understand and get up and running quickly. The integrations are a great time saver.

It's good... But It's a good CRM app for sure. Pretty solid in a lot of ways. I use this app as an employee for my company doing field sales in the oil and gas industry. One of the largest problems and as far as in concerned if it was my choice would stop me from using it again is lack of Microsoft Exchange support. This is a HUGE problem. Sorry but 90% of oil & gas employees in Canada run company Exchange emails. Huge problem. That's the only one though, but a deal breaker for sure.
