Bugs Latest version slow and stops working when clicking on telephone number to make call. This used to be great app but now unusable

Love what this app could be Everything about this app is simple easy to use and functions great. The only frustrations I have with it is, the upgrades will remove functions that I use regularly with no explanation or ability to reactivate it if it's a vital part of my daily business transactions. The only response I received from customer service is some canned email and nothing after that. It seems that this product functions better than its competitors but there is still a lot to be desired from the customer service people.
