Had to remove GPS support because of a change in Google's API. I don't think that option did much to drain anyway. Most of the draining comes from the CPU work and the screen.

Sorry didn't like it The app got me worried that it warned me about breaking down. It sort of scared me.

Doesn't do anything If you check your mail, go online, etc the app stops. If you turn off your screen, it stops. You have to sit there with the screen on and do nothing on your phone for hours. Don't bother.

Does what it says and only runs in foreground mode, as it should. I do like how it only drains when it is in the foreground. You don't have to worry about it accidentally draining your battery when you don't want it to. It does drain way more quickly than watching a 1080p movie or playing a high graphics game. Great for assisting with recalibrating your battery.
