Beefcake is a workout tracker where you log your exercises to track progress.

Features
- Create and manage your own set of exercises and categories (a small set of examples are included from the beginning just to help you)
- Build multiple workouts and include different set of exercises
- Register your progress for each exercise (sets, reps, weight)
- 3 different input types (weight+reps, reps, distance+time)
- Plan workouts by creating them in the future
- Create and add new exercises during your workout
- Follow-up your completed workouts
- See your workouts in a calendar (both completed and planned ones)
- Limited Statistics
- Database Export
- Languages supported: English, Chinese Simplified (简体中文), Chinese Traditional (繁體中文)

We know there are several similar apps but we find them either too complex or not very intuitive to use. Our goal was therefore to make Beefcake as simple and intuitive as possible. We have many ideas on improvements and are very open to feedback.

Why this is the greatest Weight Training tracker in the history of mankind. USABILITY! The killer part of Beefcake that the other programs don’t get is usability. Usability is ultra-important when you are lifting. Because if you are doing it right, you are zonked. You don’t have the time or energy to fiddle with an app. No complicated drop-down boxes or repetitive entry. Weights are properly auto-populated. The timer doesn't block the screen. (Jefit I’m looking at you) In Beefcake, it tracks were you were and were you are. One or two single presses to enter data. That’s it. Three options to track repetitions should satisfy straight liners and pyramid types. Yes, there are things missing like cloud storage and Google fit integration. But I hear an Android Wear version is in beta, so development is ongoing. And I haven’t had a crash yet. The basics are there and they are solid. Some of the importing and graphs are paid. But’s like 1/3 of a Starbuck Verde per month. Come on, throw the dudes a buck.

Great app This is EASILY the best workout app on android (which isn't saying much) and with the fee for pro features, the developer knows it. The developer is great at releasing constant updates, but the app is a little show on my Moto X. Also, I'd like to be able to set a different countdown time for different movements.

Text book example of what not to do. The UI in this app makes no sense. I spend more time fiddling around with the app trying to track my workout than actually working out. There are days where I avoid using it at all.
