User reviews of Bellman
Quite Good, UI could be improved and you should be able to name and TEST items (for example volumes/tones), but lots of options. Speech is bit average. Have not noticed it effecting battery except sometimes doesn't release its wakelock. The app adjusts the volume of all other apps when chiming, it doesn't need to do that (and Caynax Hourly Chime doesn't, I'm using it now)

UI Very bad but does have alarms Good, UI could be improved (hard to do the opposite) and you should be able to name and TEST items (for example volumes/tones), but lots of options. Speech is bit average. Have not noticed it effecting battery except sometimes doesn't release its wakelock. The app adjusts the volume of all other apps when chiming, it doesn't need to do that (and Caynax Hourly Chime doesn't, I'm using it now). UPDATE: Inbuilt tone choice ugly and buggy and sdcard tone also bad and slow. It hasn't improved since I looked at it last... PREVENTS BEYONDPOD FROM PLAYING PODCASTS!
