Useless! I have a very diverse library on my shelf and this app recognized 2 books out of hundreds!? Doesn't work for me, sorry, specially since there are only a few books I would like to carry with me at all times and none of them in this app...

Does not do what it says it does. Awesome idea. Had this worked i would have started buying more physical books. Except that this app in no way shape or form works! I tried it on a copy of Bill Clintons My Life from Random House. I took what seemed like 50 picures. Clear excellent pictures with a 13 MP camera. It did not recognize. RH is supposed to be a partner and My Life is a best seller and yet it cant find it. What a waste of time. Its total garbage. Better off making use of the Kindle Matchbook feature than spending time on this crap.

I've been pretty happy with this app so far. It does a decent job of recognizing things. I was happy that Tor joined recently and have been getting some of my favorites. As far as shelfie accuracy, as with any photography, good lighting makes a big difference. Also, if you know a book is supported but hasn't been recognized, you can try claiming it. A couple times this worked for me. The search function could be a bit more friendly. I have to enter the exact author name, which is a bit frustrating.
