BIXI


BIXI is the official application of the bike sharing system for the city of Montreal.

This free application lets you know, in real time, the number of bikes and docking points available at each station. You can also add you favorite stations and see the list of those stations only.

Simply select the desired city and use the map or the list of stations to obtain the desired information.

You can also select nearby stations. Using GPS on your smartphone, you can get the list of stations in close proximity to where you are. To help you organize your trips, you can see the bike trail suggestions.

A timer is also available to you to better manage the length of your trip.

Our main partner TELUS have their own section that will enhance your experience as an application user.

A section is available to discover the promotions offered to the Montreal BIXI members. You can have their location on a map and have more information about the nearest participating store from where you are.

Several other upcoming features:
- Interaction with your personal space

Marre de la pub Une app à l'image du système, rongée par la publicité et à l'aspect visuel très moyen. Toutes les fonctionnalités impossible à faire par les développeurs d'applications tiers (interactions avec l'espace personel) sont absentes. À ce compte là, autant utiliser Spotcycle ou City Bikes. Ai enlevé une étoile pour cause de foutage de gueule avec la liste des futures fonctionnalités qui ne sont toujours pas là 18 mois plus tard.

Should be better... It should really have the option to log in & control My Account. Now it not so much of use. If it would have that option I would rate it then 5 stars.

Inutile A part afficher des spéciaux, l'application ne fait absolument rien. Une erreur de configuration réseau empêche l'affichage de la liste ou de la carte avec les stations, malgré que la carte s'affiche tout de même. Interface copié d'ios sans suivre les guidelines Android ( bouton pour reculer dans le coin supérieur gauche malgré la touche présente dans le système d'exploitation. ) seule fonction efficace, le Timer, pourtant déjà présent dans les applications de base du téléphone.
