Not Perfect - Has Potential Missing ability to edit time or amount. No built-in reports. Would also be handy to track pain and stream force. Graphs to see trends. This app is simple but certainly has potential.

Needs Work! Does an adequate job of tracking input/output. Cannot read bottom of screen as unable to slide screen up. Absolutely need a comment area with each entry as a way to identify input (water, coffee, milk, a barrel of whiskey: what did I drink?) or output (blood in urine, cloudy, etc.) to be really useful in tracking or telling my physician what is my pattern. A comment or notes column would be useful as well for tracking other concerns, such as frequency of changing pads.
