Bluetooth (Null) Keyboard

Bluetooth (Null) Keyboard

Nullkeyboard/0Keyboard or empty Keyboard (what ever you want to call it) adds an extra keyboard to your device, which will not show when selecting text fields.

It is intended to be used with hardware keyboards (i.e. bluetooth keyboards), to stop the software keyboard from opening and taking away half of the screen.
Additionally it improves system performance as it frees up resources that would normaly be used by a software keyboard (layout, dictionarys etc.).

This app is a 'must-have' for people who regularly use an extra keyboard with their android tablet. While they cannot uninstall the system keyboards, they can unload them from system memory by choosing Null Keyboard as current keyboard.

A widget is included to allow easy switching between Null Keyboard and others.

This is not a driver and will not make your bluetooth keyboard work and neither will it break anything. Don't complain that it doesnt make your bluetooth keyboard work, because that is not its purpose.

Perfect except for one issue on Galaxy note 10.1 I have a logitech 810 bluetooth which allows switching between 3 bluetooth devices. Phone, computer and tab. Each time I switch back to the tab, the stupid Samsung keyboard takes over the world again and I have re-enable the null keyboard. Not Null Keyboard fault but if you could find a way to prevent that, it would sooooo much make my day.

Does not work Purchased $1.30 two days ago. Constantly ask me to reset the keyboard. Tried to get a refund but time has expired for it. I'll try another option. Galaxy Note 10.1

exactly what I needed this app does exactly what you said it would. It's super simple to change into. I'm pretty happy about not having to press the down arrow everytime I touch the screen. Thanks for making my life easier! The only thing I don't like is the warning that the app stores all my typing... and personally on my samsung gal tab 2 the widget is pretty unnecessary.

The only stable one I have tried 3 free ones and none of them could keep my BT keyboatd working ion my Samsung Galaxy 2 tab. This one can and it does not want all sorts of dodgey looking permissions to my account that all the 'FREE" ones want. I think that it's wrong to argue price over a few cents. Ths stiuff is hard to do, support and maintain. It pays for itself within no time, just by speeding up my typing tenfold, with no stupid screen keyboard.
