Bodybuilding Workout Log is a very easy to use workout tracker application. The goal of this app is to allow you to workout and log your training results without looking at the phone all the time, with as little screen taps as possible. Pure training log! Both beginners and experienced lifters (in bodybuilding, power lifting or fitness) will benefit from this workout journal's simplicity and features which include:
★ free choice of workout exercises. You do not need to deal with a long list of exercises that you never use in your training. Add exercises that you love and name them in a way that is clear to you;
★ import of popular exercises for a quick start (as well as a sample routine);
★ saved training routines with pre-defined exercise selection;
★ dynamic training routines, where one can select exercises on the go;
★ comments/notes for sets;
★ always visible history of sets, reps, weight, comments and rest times (no need to interrupt your training to view previous history);
★ detailed workout history with a calendar and stats;
★ progress tracking with graphs for 1 rep max;
★ deletion of incorrectly logged workout sets;
★ rest timer with vibration and an optional sound notification, which is extremely useful if you train with headphones;
★ smart automatic rest interval selection;
★ option to show best results from each workout only;
★ log of 1RM changes;
★ export of all workout history to a CSV file on the SD card; CSV files can be opened and processed with most spreadsheet editors;
★ summary of achievements displayed after training (including new records, total weight moved, training time, intensity);
★ sharing of summary screens (Facebook, email, SMS or any other sharing provider that is installed on your phone);
★ resuming of incomplete workouts;
★ performing supersets using back/forward navigation and comments;
★ smart pre-entering of weight for the next set;
★ backup and restore of all exercises and training history, you can move all created exercises and all training history to another device at any time.

The best The best app I have found so far to log my workouts. Only one think I really miss is to have a website which is connected to the app so I could log my workouts on PC as well.

Awesome More functionality than nearly all other similar apps so great job. A few things though - 1. Add superset functionality. I've found work arounds but built in superset feature would be awesome. 2. Maybe it's just mine, but the calendar is a little buggy. Certain days when I click on them it doesn't display the workout. 3. the timing is not based on my time zone some how. It shows I did one workout across 2 days yet I did it in the afternoon (shows "0 days ago" and "1 day ago") (I live in Hawaii).

Good, but needs work The best part of this app is the data tracking. I have a complicated routine with a defined number of sets and reps to do for each exercise. It would be awesome if, for example, I select my "Chest" routine, and then select "Barbell Bench Press", there would be a note that I had previously set for this exercise that says "2x6-8" so that I would know I have to do 2 sets of 6-8 reps for this exercise. Note* Also want to add the "sitted calf raise" should be spelt "seated calf raise"

Cannot do superset Maybe can add on with more functions will be better.
