Bodybuilding Workout Log is a very easy to use workout tracker application. The goal of this app is to allow you to workout and log your training results without looking at the phone all the time, with as little screen taps as possible. Pure training log! Both beginners and experienced lifters (in bodybuilding, power lifting or fitness) will benefit from this workout journal's simplicity and features which include:
★ free choice of workout exercises. You do not need to deal with a long list of exercises that you never use in your training. Add exercises that you love and name them in a way that is clear to you;
★ import of popular exercises for a quick start (as well as a sample routine);
★ saved training routines with pre-defined exercise selection;
★ dynamic training routines, where one can select exercises on the go;
★ comments/notes for sets;
★ always visible history of sets, reps, weight, comments and rest times (no need to interrupt your training to view previous history);
★ detailed workout history with a calendar and stats;
★ progress tracking with graphs for 1 rep max;
★ deletion of incorrectly logged workout sets;
★ rest timer with vibration and an optional sound notification, which is extremely useful if you train with headphones;
★ smart automatic rest interval selection;
★ option to show best results from each workout only;
★ option to show results from the same routine only;
★ log of 1RM changes;
★ export of all workout history to a CSV file on the SD card; CSV files can be opened and processed with most spreadsheet editors;
★ summary of achievements displayed after training (including new records, total weight moved, training time, intensity);
★ sharing of summary screens (Facebook, email, SMS or any other sharing provider that is installed on your phone);
★ resuming of incomplete workouts;
★ performing supersets using back/forward navigation and comments;
★ smart pre-entering of weight for the next set;
★ backup and restore of all exercises and training history, you can move all created exercises and all training history to another device at any time.

The best! I use this app regularly and though it has changed over its history, it's still the best out there. The only suggestion I would have is to let it allow me to pick the exercises more easily as I'm working out. When I'm doing a routine, sometimes it's not possible to do the next exercise because of somebody else on the equipment. So I need to hit "next exercise," or "previous exercise" many times to get to one exercise. I also agree with others, to allow supersets and giant sets.Again, Great App

Great app with lot of flexibility I was using few other apps but since I found this one. I junked all those. So its 5* from my side. Since there is nothing called a perfect app, few suggestions: 1: have some kind of memory to remember the sequence of exercises. 2: capture the conversion of lbs into KGS or vice versa. I use free weights in KGS and machine in lbs. So even though my RM and total weight lifting capacity is increasing, it shows as overall decrease because now I lift more weights in KGS than machine weight which are in lbs

Excellent Dude, this little app is great. Straight to the point. I appreciate the developer making the background gray to conserve battery. Great job!

Best workout application. PERIOD The only suggestions I'd make to improve it would be: 1) if your license allows you to make a version for iPhone (many of my gym bros have Apple products) 2) add an option to allow superset, giant sets, and circuits to each exercise before hitting rest. 3) add an option for logging cardio/conditioning/etc.
