Every once in a while an extraordinary and remarkable individual comes along whom leaves an indelible and relevant mark on those he encounters. Decidedly, Baron J. Howard is one of those unique individuals who have done just that! Baron was born in the phenomenal city of Greensboro, North Carolina.
His educational pursuits exemplify his statement for excellence. He attended the Calvin Coolidge Senior High School in Washington, DC. He broadened his educational interests at the University of the District of Columbia and the Florida Memorial College in Miami-Dade, Florida.
While standing on the edge of a creative epiphany he magnificently developed a CD and DVD documentary. Currently, he is writing a book entitled “How to Develop an Honor Student and a Person of Honor.” His ultimate goal is to speak to and to touch the souls of a billion individuals as he educate and activate their minds. Moreover, he genuinely believes and reiterates to his audiences that “failure is not an option” and resoundingly states “we have to be smart about everything we do!”
As an extraordinarily dedicated individual who loves people and especially the youth, he has partnered with key organizations in the nation’s capital, namely, the Asbury Economic Development Corporation, Men Aiming Higher, the Seat Pleasant Community Development Corporation and the Elizabeth Seton High School.
He has crowned his magnificent career as a volunteer and/or member of the following trend-setting organizations. The list consists of the Toastmasters - Honorable Competent Communicator, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Bladensburg Elementary School Mentoring, Bladensburg Stalking & Domestic Violence Seniors Group, MBRT (Maryland Business Round Table Speakers Bureau Advisory Board, Seat Pleasant Community Development Corporation and the CSOSA (Court Services & Offender Supervision Agency (District of Columbia Parole & Probation).
As an outstanding and prestigious communicator, he has motivated, inspired and electrified his audiences with innovative speeches. These empowerment speeches were delivered at the following venues: the Baltimore County Public Schools, Calvert County Public Schools, Prince Georges County Public Schools, the University of the District of Columbia and the Court Services Offenders Supervision Agency. His stellar speeches make him the catalyst that fully-equip his listeners by ensuring growth, inspiration and hope for the ills that plague our communities and lives. Moreover, his dialogue with his audience enables them to realize their full potential.
In his role as an empowerment speaker, he provides both the youth and teachers with self-improvement exercises, meaningful activities and motivational strategies to enable them to reach their highest potential in life.
He is affiliated with the Asbury United Methodist Church in Washington, D.C. He gives all the credit to his Creator and family for his sustained motivation and focus on his design purpose in life. His goal and commitment is to elevate humanity’s education towards excellence. Ultimately, as he stated above, his goal is to speak to and touch a billion people through coaching, workshops, seminars, camps and speaking and educational programs.
At the end of the day, Baron relaxes with the fulfilling hobbies of reading, traveling and/or just sitting by the water.
