NOTE: The latest version of the app requires some additional permissions as we’ll be supporting new product groups in the future which are setup using SMS. These additional permissions won’t impact any of our current users and are included to support future customer groups. You’ll have to manually update the app and accept the permissions as auto-update won’t work for this release to allow you to do this.

NOTE: Some subscription products have usage thresholds beyond which overage charges apply. If you wish to avoid any unforeseen charges please refrain from using the app.

The app itself installs and loads fine, no crashes. It connects to my home hub 3 ok. Thats when the good points end. It won't connect to a wifi hotspot unless your already connected to said bt hotspot. Won't search for one unless you have location active and connected to another wifi spot, didn't seem to like my 3g connection, and won't even connect to btwifi-x on android, so come on bt, just what is point of this app? it 100% useless

Saves some time with passwords, but GPS hog Requests your location and drains your battery for no good reason.

Useful and Annoying It's good that it remembers your login details but it auto logs you in and there are no in app controls. You could be on a bus passing a BT WiFi point and the internet whilst it is logging you in. Would be good if you could get it to prompt you.

Just doesn't work Pointless app, even when I can see I've got perfect signal strength won't auto connect, so try to refresh for a manual connection and it just won't connect, don't waste your time downloading the app as not even worth the one star review.

Unreliable across several devices Doesn't auto connect and also drops connection. App says no data connection when in a reliable WiFi location at a Hilton. Rubbish.
