I need success motived people. Before Callproof, keeping track of both my customer base and my sales staffs' daily work flow was hit and miss. Now with one app everything I need to take care of the needs of my customers and to keep my staff on task is manageable. The most important feature is the ability to properly train my staff on the telephone skills needed to be successful. The critical skills needed to perform at a high level must be monitored. If you can find out where a person needs improving to meet with success, you can develop that person or help them move on. Training is expense and I am no longer willing to wait months to see results. I could not do my job without Callproof. Yes, I am a fan - keep up the great work!

Does not work! This is a poorly made app, with huge issues even logging on. Even the "unsubscribe" link is broken. Get out of the kitchen if you can't cook. SPAM. App uninstalled, as I don't have time for trash !!!

Perfect voicemail We use the perfect voicemail button for our marketing calls. Saves me a bunch of time making my calls
