I have been using this app for months. Dell Streak 5. Works perfectly and is better than any calorie app I used to have on iPhone that I paid for. Can't say enough good stuff about this one.

Great baracode reader Love how fast the barcode reader is on this compared to other apps. Just a great app.

Good clean interface and free! The app connects to one of the most expansive food databases I have seen. I have used spark food and still I think this food database still trumps! I also like the simplicity and the ability for it to sync exercise data from other sources. If my fitness data was as detailed as it is in Fitbit I think this would be my only healfh/fitness app. Even samsung's s health doesn't compare in the food database!

Great app with minor issues The app is very well structured and easy to use, it helps me a lot with adhering to my diet plan. However, two minor issues I have: - The search function could be improved. Ideally, one should be able to quickly browse/search through all past food entries to be able to find foods one hasn't eaten in a month (for instance). Also, searching for two terms should limit the search, not widen it, in my opinion. - Very often, entries end up in the breakfast section, although I select to add food to i.e. lunch or dinner. I'd have to investigate to be sure, but I think it happens whenever I have to use the search function to add food. That being said, the app is a very helpful tool and I hope it'll stay this way through future updates.

I did this exact concept and lost 70lbs....now an app can do the same thing and save me the time of looking up the food. Fantastic!
