Using "Calories!" you're carrying your personal health and fitness assistant always with you. Let your own health coach support you in pursuing your goals! This app provides a food and nutrition diary, a weight diary with BMI calculation + graphical analysis, as well as a newly integrated training diary.

Are you a diabetic? "Calories!" calculates the carb units (base 10 or 12) for all foods and will be a great help your you. Furthermore the app supports the well-known WW concept. Choose your WW points system from Flex, Pro, and Plus.

Access more than 1,700 foods and dishes from the included database. You may add more than 12,700 other foods and dishes to your database using additional packages (charge). The following values will be displayed: kcal/KJ, WW points, water, carbohydrates, carb units (base 10 or 12), sugar, fiber, protein, cholesterol, alcohol, total fat, saturated fatty acids, mono unsaturated fatty acids, poly unsaturated fatty acids, sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, iodine, folic acid, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and vitamin E. You can see the high or low energy contents at first sight using the provided traffic lights in front of each food.

Can't you find your favorite dish in the database? No worries! Enter a complete recipe once, let the app calculate the nutritional values and store it. Also, you may enter the nutritional values and serving sizes of a single food directly.

To keep an eye on your goals, you can monitor your values using the analysis tool. It compares the current vs. the recommended daily values. The traffic lights will provide a quick evaluation of your personal situation for any chosen time span.

Good but... It needs a wider variety of food options available. Food from other parts of the world too. I think images of the food items will also allow users to record clearly what they've eaten because sometimes the labelling of food items is confusing

Great. I gave it 4 stars, because it doesn't have bar code reader. For the rest just love it. No unnecessary reminders, no annoying advices.
