Fix scrolling Samsung s3 scrolling in sk articles is worthless, jumps lines so you cant read whole articles

Horrible compared to the iOS App If you are going to release an equivalent to the iOS App, I would expect feature parity at the start. This is a horrible broken implementation compared to the iOS version.
