Chroma Doze (white noise)

Chroma Doze (white noise)

Now you can sleep soundly with the soothing algorithms of Fourier analysis. Just sketch your favorite spectrum, and listen to a generated stream of white noise (or more precisely, colored noise). If sleep's not your thing, you can also use it with headphones to drown out neighbors, or tweak the settings to erode eardrums and frighten small children.

Notable features:
- No ads or weird permissions
- Doesn't just play looped samples
- Relatively power-efficient
- Able to keep playing in the background
- Save your favorite sounds in the Memory list
- Contains math
- Code is open source (GPLv3 license)
- Compatible with most sleep timer apps; for example, "robj.simple.sleeptimer".

Recent changes:
3.5.1:
- Pointed the URL at GitHub, since Google Code is shutting down.
- Migrated the codebase to Android Studio.

3.5:
- Switched to Material-style toolbar.
- Stop button accessible from the Lollipop lock screen.
- Added an auto-play option.

It's very helpful If your ears make their own Symphony and it bothers you... If you hear the neighbors or people walking by your pad and it bothers you, if you hear or feel frequencies that are sucking the life out of you and you're considering the foil hazmat suit... STOP. You need this app. It tunes up your brain. . And one can keep it playing even when in other apps, which I didn't think was a big deal until I tried it. ๐Ÿ’š!!! I am very eased by this app. Thank you. Please don't go away. โœŒ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜˜

Awesome and simple No ads, no cheesy rainforest pan flutes, just a pure noise generator that lets you tailor your own way to block out the bullsh*t and personal demons so you can finally get some goddamn sleep around here. Use the color sliders to shape the noise from brown to pink to white and everywhere in between. Bravo!
