Register for CIBC Mobile Banking® right from your device using the CIBC Mobile Banking App. It offers a rich banking experience, and includes CIBC eDeposit™. Just take a photo of your personal or business cheque and make a deposit using your Android smartphone or tablet. The app, for all 4.x Android smartphones and tablets, offers a carefully crafted mobile experience.

Complete everyday CIBC banking transactions conveniently and securely with an improved look and feel, including new slide-out navigation.

CIBC Mobile Banking was recently ranked first among Canadian mobile banking offerings according to Forrester Research’s “2014 Canadian Mobile Banking Functionality Benchmark” report (www.forrester.com).

FEATURES:
Deposit your cheques
Deposit your Canadian dollar cheques by using your device. Just take a picture of both sides of your endorsed cheque, enter the dollar amount, select the account you would like to make your deposit to, and submit it.

Check balances
Check account balances on all of your eligible CIBC products.
Review transaction history
Review details of your transaction history for up to 7 years for deposit, credit cards and other eligible credit accounts. Your running balance is shown on your deposit accounts to help you keep track of your spending.

Easy bill payments
Pay your bills now or schedule a post-dated payment on your registered bills. Set up new payees in addition to those already existing in Online Banking.

Transfers funds
Transfer funds between your eligible CIBC accounts. Send an INTERAC e-Transfer® to anyone on your existing recipient list or create new recipients using CIBC Mobile Banking.

Review upcoming transactions
Upcoming transactions, including bill payments and transfers, are available for review and cancellation if necessary in an easy-to-read calendar view.

Locator
Search or use the built-in GPS to find nearby branches, bank machines and CIBC Mortgage Advisors.

ENROLMENT:
Once you download the app, you can register for CIBC Mobile Banking right from your Android smartphone or tablet.

Recommended but needs (1) App2SD support (2) card number input gives alpha/numeric option instead of numeric. [HTC Sensation XE running Android 2.3.4]

Not showing pending transactions on credit card This application is not bad; however, it is very annoying how many days we should wait to see the completed transactions on our online banling. It would be very good if for each transaction, it shows up on online banking with status pending, and then, when the transaction is completed, the status becomes completed. This way it's easy for us to keep track of our expenses. I am so disappointed that cibc doesn't have this option.

. Edepost camera has some serious problem where it makes the picture blurry for no reason. If you just let me attach a picture then I would have no problem or fix the camera app.

Great job with this app. I use it pretty much every day to check my finances. Easy to make payments with and transfer money. The only thing it doesn't seem to do well is e-transfers, but that can still be handled via browser, so no big deal. CIBC has taken care of me and my family for years - happy to continue to be a customer.

Rudimentary Several basic functions. App does not close without forcing a stop through the system.
