ClassicRPN

ClassicRPN is a bit exact RPN emulator for the great HP Voyager series, model 11C, 12C, 15C and 16C. It employs the same mathematical computation found in the original calculators, providing high precision calculations.

User Interface features:
• two additional keys (mapped to the display and logo in landscape mode) are dedicated to preference settings and help
• portrait and landscape view mode with autorotate
• customized keystroke behavior (click, glow, vibration on iphone)
• toggle mode for the f and g prefix keys
• back label reference information display

Calculator features:
• RPN (Reverse Polish Notation) entry mode, programmable
• Engineering model is identical to the original 11C e.g. trigonometric and hyperbolic functions, factorial, combinations, permutations, random numbers, linear regression and more
• Financial model is identical to the original 12C e.g. computation of loans, cash flow, bonds, time-value money, depreciation, amortization, IRR and more
• Scientific calculator is identical to the original 15C e.g. 11C functions plus root solving, matrix calculations, numerical integration, complex numbers and more
• Computer scientist calculator identical functions to the original 16C model e.g. binary, octal, decimal and hexadecimal display, adjustable word length (64 bit max), floating point and fixed point arithmetic, register shifts, mask, bit operations and much more

Recent changes:
1.3.0 Additional device support
1.3.1 Bug fix: reset of RAD/GRAD status
1.8 Bug fix: display issue on new devices. Support for high resolution screens.

Love the calculators, hate the upgrades. This calculator represents the 11 C and 15 C quite well. I have not found any substantial errors in its calculations. The one thing I dislike is how flaky it is after each upgrade the developer pushes out . In fact it's best to simply power cycle the phone after each upgrade. ( I am running OS 4.4) That's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars.
