Better than nothing but requires a password even when app configured not to need it, can't set up other phone information beforehand as it all needs to be filled in when app opens. Doesn't support all features for example capture audio. Should have data option and not just sms.

Horable Term and Condition Read Carfully to not waste your MONEY Terms and conditions do state it's not to be used for monitoring, and they sure do enforce it - unfortunately, their automatic flagging system is faulty and unjustly blocked the account. I installed the app this morning and have been testing ON MY OWN DEVICES its capabilities out for just over an hour to see how glitch it is, how well it transmits data you need, etc. After it they blocked all features and says "The account will not be unblocked EVEN IF YOU BUY THE LICENSE." - USELESS. The App itself is OK but is USELESS since they can cut and block you, due the term and conditions and most important thing - WITHOUT NOTIFICATION of PREVENTION even if you PAY and use on your own devices. I couldn't say this is the way how serious company SHALL interact with their clients WHO PAY. I PAY I OWN but in their case YOU PAY, THEY DON"T CARE EVEN THEY NOT NOTIFYING YOU BEFORE DO SOMETHING.

NOT RECCOMENDED!!!!! USE OUTLOOK I have 30 phones I use for my business. After loosing several to ex-employees, I purchased Cerberus to test on one of my phones. After testing for a few weeks my account was locked for "stalk, harass, abuse, defame, threaten or defraud other users, or collect, attempt to collect, or store location or personal information about others". I PERSONALLY was testing the app, and knew full well what was transpiring, there for there was not a violation of the terms and conditions. The reported location of the test phone was off by up to 2 miles in about 80 percent of the instances recorded, which when trying to locate the device, that becomes a serious issue.. You would think a company this size would send notification of a violation of terms, and conditions. If this indeed had been the situation, I could have informed them of the issues I was having, and they would have had valuable information to use to improve the program.
