Ehm.. What? So I uninstalled and reinstalled at least 4 times. The last two times I wasnt given security questions I answered when preparing this account online... Oh no, on the app my fellows was security questions that I hadn't even answered. Choose 3 of the 6 questions they said. And then we'll give you the complete opposite when you try to connect with the app. Good job clydesdale. Big thumbs up to that.

Works well once it is finally installed For an app less than 6MB in size, I had to uninstall something like 50 MB of other apps from my phone before it finally deigned to install. Very frustrating. This was despite it having being on the phone already, but I was advised on the phone to uninstall it having failed to register it previously and had it reset. I was advised to use the 'no internet or telephone banking' option as it is more reliable for registering. Now that it's on it looks fine, and easier to log into than on the PC.

Did not receive code to activate Tried a number of times accessing app from previous instal that had worked perfectly! Deleted app and reinstalled. Alas, I am still awaiting a text message with the activation code! Even after numerous 'resends'.
