Once you have set-up your online banking account - which is a true trial, (I had to try several times to make it work on my laptop), you will be able to use a rather good application. The good point about it is that it takes much less time to access your account since it only asks for a postcode (while you have to pass several tests when logging on the regular website). All the functions I expect from a banking app are there and I did not experience any bugs or crashes so far. Good.

Wouldn't let me register. Terrible. Wouldn't let me register for Internet banking. I tried time after time and still wouldn't work. Tried to register for telephone banking and that wouldn't work either. Asked me for my favourite film when I didn't choose that security question. Locked me out. For Clydesdale this is pretty poor. Considering changing bank. Uninstalled.

Would really like to see an external payment save so I don't have to keep entering details, my partner is with a different bank and all she does is click on which ever one she wants and it's done.
