With this application you can record your basic emotions, analyze them in charts and send a report to your therapist. Because the Cognitive Diary (CBT) app is on your mobile, you have your emotions diary always with you. You can take notes anywhere, anytime.
With this app you can:

- Record events which happens and emotions you have during this events
- Record your emotions you have during day, you can do this periodically for example 4 times a day
- Track your emotions on charts

For an amount of time all features of the applications are available and ads appears. After this time some features will be disabled. To enable back all features and stop showing ads you can buy a license for 3 months, 1 year or 99 years.
