Easy to use and does what the developer says For years, I have been looking for a means to record my thoughts, activities , and emotions. All I could find was Evernote or google docs. It was too flat. No way to extract long term data. I even tried paper grids but it too didn't work. This app has everything I need to separate out my thoughts and feelings over time and review them. I highly recommend this app. You can do everything but back up your data with the free version. I would be devastated if lost it. I paid for the full version.

Most comprehensive app I have bipolar 2 disorder and have been doing CBT for several years now. This app is great bc I am able to export a report to my therapist. Together we can track my behaviors and progress. I love it.

Complicated-not user friendly Almost too deatailed. Should be able to custom what questions we want to answer daily. When stressed or tire not gna do this!!! Next.

I like how u can keep track of ur thoughts and emotions, still need some work, yet for now, pretty good so far

Useful Helps me keep a record of my feelings, I wouldn't write them in a normal diary, but this does so much more. .
