The best app on any device to help with anxiety and depression This really is a brilliant start and should be part of your routine if you are in a bad spot with anxiety and depression. There is no magic bullet instant cure but with practice and perseverance you will get there...this app truly is a key element in that process of change. Just a little each day from the low place to better than you've ever been. I highly recommended this!

Just what I needed. I've done some cbt based stuff about 5 years ago and made massive life charges. Unfortunately lately things have been getting difficult once again and seeing this app has helped me reconnect with an excellent therapy once more. Everything I need is here, like a little toolbox for me. Thanks
