Horrible There's no support! Placed an order and it never arrived... And there was no way to contact Amazon about it.

Sub par The Fresh team needs to devote more time to its mobile app (or maybe hire more devs?). The app as it is now, though functional, is not pleasant to use, and a little sluggish. Amazon customers deserve better.

Best prices for online delivery Still pricier than Trader Joes. More choice would be welcome for some products, for example humus.

Service is great. App is not. Peapod's app is way better.
